Moreover, how do you know Alegis, Kuhl, and Oldmanken are in a faction?
And since you didn't feel like messaging Cow King or Gandalf I did so myself, and am picking their brains for some info. You're not the only one playing this game dude.

Yeah, our condition is outnumber. If nothing else, our group would still come out on top because they lost two. But at least this way, you don't lose anymore people to the only other group with a kill. you have no reason to shy away from them.

So carry on a conversation via PMs, and then give them a passcode that we can use to reach them in case you die.
Why would you invite them to the proboard?

Alegis told me everything. He has no interest in the game because he subbed into such a fucking mess. Everyone is seeing different things, and he didn't want to catch up. He told me his group is also sane, and they lost two dudes who show up as insane to us, but sane to them (spoit and phyphor), they have the same win condition, and they have our other kill. They're the other mafia group, and if you start trusting gandalf and tck, you're fucking up.

I'm not trusting them with anything. I haven't given them any information. I'm not suggesting we work with them, or add them to the proboard.
I'm trying to figure out how this game works. And I'm starting to suspect I was right about us being all insane. The problem is now I'm not sure about our win condition.
While you're talking with them, wanna find out if they know who teamed up with us on Mr. D's kill?
EDIT: And alegis subbed into a confusing day six of a phalla, and he's upset so he's just sabotaging the game? greeeeat

Ok, so, picture yourself in an insane asylum. You look around you and what do you see? A bunch of crazy people, right?
Well, of course, if you ask any of them what they see, they'll tell you that everyone but them is insane.
It seems pretty clear that that is what is happening with the death seer results. Everyone sees everyone else coming up as insane, but is blind to their own faction's insanity.
Meanwhile, we are the cannibals. We don't realize we're doing it, of course, but we're mad. So are the other groups.
And then there's the orderlies, running around trying to stop all the crazy inmates from murdering each other because they think there's a group of cannibals out there.
But even if you're a patient in an insane asylum, you can probably tell the patients apart from the staff. Which is why all the pink names are corroborated, and why I think jack's seer result on Mr. Blarney might be accurate.

I think saying Alegis is sabotaging the game is rather harsh. All he did was come forward to me (unsolicited, I might add), and offered to share information. It just so happens that this information is beneficial to us, and you're overlooking it in favor of overthinking it.

Also, I should add that cooperating with them grows your team to 7 (I'm assuming I die tonight) and gives you input on who dies on even days as well as odd. I'm really not understanding why you're so unwilling to play along with this.

I didn't overlook anything. I said don't invite them to the proboards. There is nothing to be gained. Just work with them via pms.
And it doesn't grow our team to 7, because they're not on our team! At the end of the day, they've got their own win condition they'll be looking to fulfill. If they hold the even day kill, and they think they're sane, then presumably our win conditions are also identical and they'll be looking to kill us off.

Perhaps more importantly, we might be the biggest faction in the game right now, which puts us in a good position to lead a vote if we should need to. So we stand to gain by killing them off and getting rid of a kill that we're not in control of.

Godmode, don't forget to give Alegis and his faction a keyphrase so we can get in touch with them tomorrow if you die.

I've determined the keyphrase is "Hey, douchebag." So, if anyone sends you a message saying "Hey, Douchebag," you can trust them.

At this point, I really do believe that we are not the mafia, but a neutral party - I think Alegis's group may actually share the same win condition we do, which is outnumber/outlast everyone else, in which case, we do not want them in here because:
1) they get their kill tonight and we don't which puts them ahead 2) we'd be giving up way more information than they would be since we wouldn't gain access to whatever proboards they have.
I'm ok with including my names in the PMs between the two parties, but I'm a little wary of the "mafia" if it's still out there. If after tonight nothing shows up as an extra kill other than their group, then fine, I'll accept we're the baddies and I'll come out as Godmode's partner in public and we can pretend to be the goody two shoes. Otherwise, the mafia kill order was just blocked last night.

Wait... you gave them a keyphrase to contact... US?
We're supposed to have a keyphrase to contact them, lol.
EDIT: or wait... are you just calling me a douchebag? now I'm not sure!
